Our History

2015

NextGen continues to expand its capabilities and services as a global leader with the introduction of their CHAMBA USA Program designed to bring bilingual consultants from Mexico. NextGen maintains their reputation as a diversity leader as they are named Diverse Supplier of the Year by Agile-1 and Mosaic Ambassador for the St. Louis Mosaic Project.

2014

NextGen expands their staff, services and programs including NextDimensions, Diversity Works, NextStep, We Care, Recruite A Veteran (RAV) Initiative and the Verde Project to create a new sustainability platform and celebrates their success with numerous awards from Enterprising Women Magazine, Ernst & Young, Diversity Journal, DiversityBusiness.com, Diversity Inc.com and the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.

2013

NextGen is celebrating its silver anniversary with a stellar year of growth and success. By building a premiere recruiting team, NextGen expands their capabilities from IT Staffing to include Business Staffing Solutions.

With solid partnerships in St. Louis, NextGen continued to expand their services with IT companies throughout the country.

1997

Founders Maria del Carmen Jacob and Mike Barton gathered a core group of IT professionals, galvanizing their experience to create a superior staffing services corporation.
