Robert Feldman is Director of Diversity and Strategic Partnerships at NextGen Information Services Inc., a national staffing, recruiting and consulting firm headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri with satellite offices throughout the US. With more than a decade of industry experience, Robert brings expertise and enthusiasm to each business engagement and has a proven track record in management, marketing, recruiting, sales and new business development.
As the Director of Diversity and Strategic Partnerships, Robert’s focus is on building NextGen’s multicultural business relationships and expanding the firm’s international recruitment efforts. In keeping with NextGen’s expansion and global interests, he is dedicated to building and managing positive customer relationships in Mexico and in developing creative marketing, recruiting and sales efforts to cultivate the Hispanic market. In support of NextGen’s newest program, CHAMBA, Robert works with companies across the country looking for bilingual talent and helping them fulfill their diversity objectives. This innovative program was created as an alternative staffing approach focusing on recruiting world class STEM talent from Mexico and in so doing, expands and supports the Hispanic community in St. Louis and throughout the country.
In his leadership role, Robert is one of NextGen’s ambassadors of change who works to increase awareness of the importance of diversity and inclusion in the workplace and the workforce. The firm’s expanded definition of diversity states that every individual is unique and while we not only recognize our differences we embrace them and it involves not only tolerance of these differences but acceptance and respect. As the Director of Diversity, Robert’s primary focus is to help companies create a work environment to support our dynamic differences and the many powerful dimensions that diversity affords. In 2016, Robert received the Diverse Leaders Award sponsored by the St. Louis Business Journal.
Robert was born in El Salvador and raised in Dallas, Texas. He studied at the University of Oklahoma. He is a member of The Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, Project Mosaic, the Multicultural Society of the United Way and Focus St. Louis. Robert is very active in his synagogue, the United Hebrew Congregation, and enjoys spending time with his family and friends. Robert and his wife Tracy and two children reside in Chesterfield, Missouri.
