(NextGen Information Services, Inc. has an opening in St. Louis, MO) Sr. Operations Manager NG-OM-0606: Oversee financial accounts, budgeting, and financial reporting on a daily basis. Create long term strategic financials to achieve revenue and profit goals. Develop, implement, adjust, and review periodically operational and legal policies, regulations, and procedures related to IT Solutions Delivery. Manage and support the on-boarding of new vendors and new clients. Support management team on the company’s vision, mission, and values execution to promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale. Build alliances and partnerships with IT Staffing, Technology Delivery, and IT Resourcing organizations. Team up with Sales department to execute responses to IT sourcing related RFIs and RFPs. Attend conferences within the IT Staffing, Technology Delivery, and IT Resourcing industry. Involved in marketing and accounts oriented sales and strategy. Provide leadership and train teams. Utilize QuickBooks, Office 365 Tools, CashPro, Ceipal, Adobe, IPS, HubSpot, SAP Ariba, AgileOne, Fieldglass, Beeline, IQ Navigator, Paychex, BrassRing, Wand, Benefits Portals, and Job Portals. Telecommuting permitted. Travel to national conferences twice per year is required.
